PH899 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a ph899 account, accessing any part of our website at ph899.best, placing a bet, participating in a game, or using any service we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the ph899 platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person interacting with the platform in any capacity.

ph899 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the ph899 platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

2. Eligibility

To create a ph899 account and use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ph899 is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit minors to register or use any of our services.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming is legal for you personally.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph899 or by PAGCOR.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ph899 or any of its affiliated companies, and you are not a close family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a ph899 account that was terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms.

ph899 may request proof of age and identity at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a member does not meet eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold funds pending verification. Any winnings earned through an ineligible account may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph899. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — even with different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your correct date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

ph899 requires account verification before the first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or PRC ID)
• A selfie holding the submitted ID
• Proof of registered payment method ownership where applicable

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph899 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ph899 support immediately at support@ph899.best. ph899 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ph899 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ph899 does not support foreign currency deposits. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱50. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly to your ph899 wallet.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. ph899 does not process withdrawals to accounts, e-wallets, or cards held by third parties. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Verified accounts are eligible for GCash and Maya withdrawals that typically process within five minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) typically complete within one to three business hours. ph899 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

ph899 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. ph899 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors. A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100 applies to all withdrawal methods.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph899 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type. General rules that apply to all bets include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. ph899 does not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical error or human mistake.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where ph899's cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• ph899 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome is known ("late bet"), or where odds were clearly mispriced.
• The minimum bet on all markets is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• For events that are postponed and later rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time, bets remain valid. Events postponed beyond 72 hours will be voided and stakes returned.
• For events abandoned after commencement, settlement will follow sport-specific rules. Generally, where the required minimum of game time has been completed, bets may be settled on the result at the time of abandonment.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph899 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all ph899 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they were issued.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with each other unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ph899 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, provided that bets already placed in good faith under an active promotion are honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or exploiting bonus terms through arbitrage betting — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The ph899 Refer a Friend program is subject to its own dedicated terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards require the referred member to complete registration, verification, a qualifying deposit of at least ₱100, and at least one qualifying bet within 30 days of registration.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph899 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph899 or attempting to access a suspended account through a new registration.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the ph899 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit technical errors, bugs, or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in card games, tournaments, or any other competitive game format on ph899.
• Placing bets while in possession of non-public information that materially affects the outcome of an event ("insider information").
• Using VPN, proxy services, or any method to falsely represent your geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph899 staff or other members.
• Engaging in any form of automated or mechanical betting, including the use of bots, scripts, or third-party software.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ph899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at our discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• At the request of PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any other regulatory authority.
• If the member's account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and the balance is zero.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, ph899 will withhold any associated funds until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of Terms, ph899 may forfeit funds in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. If no breach is found, funds will be returned promptly.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their ph899 account may do so by contacting support@ph899.best. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ph899.best — including but not limited to the ph899 brand name and logo, website design, interface graphics, text, game content, odds data, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of ph899 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any ph899 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ph899's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ph899 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). ph899 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. ph899 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of bets or winnings caused by technical failure, network outage, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the ph899 platform.

In all cases, ph899's aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ph899's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our gross negligence.

12. Responsible Gaming

ph899 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem. We take this seriously and provide the following tools to all members:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to betting outcomes, account management, payments, or bonuses, shall be resolved first through ph899's internal dispute resolution process. Members must submit formal complaints in writing to support@ph899.best. ph899 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, members may refer the matter to PAGCOR's complaint resolution process. Both parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

ph899 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that significantly affect members' rights or obligations, we will provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of ph899 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Pending bets and withdrawal requests submitted before the effective date of changes will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of submission.
